Last time, the teachers and the students have a great distance. The students afraid to ask the teacher if they have many problems of the lesson. It makes the students as passive students. We think if the teachers and the students can be a good friend. It can give a change between the teachers and the students.
One important effect, the friendship between teachers and students can make the students feel comfortable in follow the lesson in the classroom. For examples, the will not afraid and shy to ask, if they don’t understand about the lesson. So, it can be a motivation and spirits of the students to study hard.
Then, by having a good friendship, teachers can understand about the characters of the students and vise versa. For examples, if the students have a problem, the teacher can help to solve the problem.
